Lavender

It is known to have antiviral and antibacterial properties and can reduce the healing time for scrapes, insect bites and stings.
It can be put on neat to an affected area - without a carrier oil.
It has a light floral scent.
It has been shown to promote rest, relaxation and sleep. Inhale it, add a few drops to a bath or on your pillow to help you fall asleep.
